Fixed a bug - grouped items cannot be dragged by itself now.

changed gips directory because it doesn't work on windows. Installation path isn't available on write mode

Fixed behavior of toolbar:
toolbar of media items hides after 5s of idle.

Fixed restoring of cursors at mouse release event on board.

It's icon is temporary.

Behavior implemented:
1. Can interact with all items without showing items frames (but ToolBar shows).
2. Cannot move items, but can drag images.
3. Selected items appears deselected when Play tool chosen.
4. Play tool don't requires selecting of item before interacts.
5. Cursor looks like tool icon in text and image widgets (should be the same in any others widgets, but now in w3c is not).

Text object :commands "ctrl+V" aren't work properly, by the both cases, if text was copied from external apps.

Frame buttons

On linux isAbsourd point is incompatible with multiple desktop. Event a point on a desktop could be intended as absould because of the point is checked against the screen position. This leads to a lot of errors when screens are positionned differently than 'standard' position. According to the comment this is used only on mac.

When it rotates with the tool bracket gestures to change its size are not consistent. The parameters of size change does not take into account the position of the bracket.
