At least point 4 must have been addressed. Critical or high-value-added (HVA) functions must also have been identified. These are the functions that must be validated by the CDR (T3). Technical solutions for HVAs must be listed. Presentation of initial results (point 5). The documentation (technical report, GIT, implemented competencies and skills ) related to the project must be up to date.
